Pay & Benefits
We pay people fairly for hard work and give them room to grow. Here’s what you can expect on a TSU One crew.
Pay & Hours
- Competitive pay based on your skill and experience
- 50+ hours a week with paid overtime on every hour over 40
- Work on active utility projects across South, Mid-south, and Southeast
Health & Stability
- Medical insurance available
- A role with an established utility contractor operating across two states
- Crews based out of 12 office locations in South, Mid-south, and Southeast
Training & Advancement
- Relevant experience preferred; comprehensive training provided from day one.
- Written field training and formal classroom instruction
- Certifications including underground gas service tap
- A real path to move up from laborer to foreman to supervisor
