Owner & CFO
Justin Keller
Justin oversees day-to-day operations across all departments including finance, compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory filings. He helps lead in strategic acquisition initiatives, and is a cornerstone of TSU One’s management team.
Owner & COO
Walter Cheatle
Walter develops and manages all client relationships through his exemplary team. A former Vice President of Trigon Homes and former President of the Piedmont Virginia Builders Association, Walter brings a rare understanding of the dynamics between utility operators, builders, developers, and the communities they serve.
Chief Investment and Development Officer
Jarred Mayrosh
Jarred advises and executes strategic planning while augmenting finance and operations. With 15 years of investment and transaction experience and more than a decade of C-level operational expertise, Jarred previously served as COO of Pieces Technologies and CFO/CAO at PCCI. He began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and holds both a BA with honors and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Chief Accounting Officer
Joy Baccus
Joy is an accomplished accounting and finance executive with 20+ years of experience leading financial operations in large, multi-entity organizations. Before joining TSU One, she held executive positions at PLH Group, Inc., including Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. She also served as International Financial Reporting Manager at FTS and spent 11 years at KPMG. Joy holds a BS in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude, with Honors) and an MS in Taxation from ASU, and is a CPA.
Chief Information Officer
Vijay Krishnaraj
Vijay brings 25+ years of experience in enterprise IT and cybersecurity. His leadership background spans global organizations including Motorola, Honeywell, and Sabre, as well as serving as VP of Technology at Pieces Technologies, a healthcare-AI company. At TSU One, he designed and built the proprietary platform powering field operations. He holds an MBA (University of Dallas), an MS in Computer Science (University of Oklahoma), and PMP certification.
Chief Strategy Officer
Billy Campbell
Billy Campbell leads TSU's strategic initiatives across operations, mergers and acquisitions, fleet management, procurement, and business development. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, and M&A. Billy previously founded and led Southeast Connections, LLC, and later served in senior strategic leadership at Artera, overseeing enterprise strategy, fleet operations, and procurement.

Eric Frias
Eric Frias's 15-year journey at TSU One reflects the company's commitment to growth and opportunity. Starting as a Laborer, he advanced through the organization to become a senior leader overseeing field operations. Eric has strengthened operational execution, improved collaboration between field and office teams, enhanced customer relationships, and championed continuous improvement. He is also passionate about mentoring employees and helping them build rewarding careers at TSU One.
